Looters, you make me sick. Firing at Apache helicopters? Shoot-outs with police? Stealing from already suffering businesses who have served you?
In one story, the looters stole a nursing home van full of evacuees. WTF! I can guarantee you this - If I lived in this area, I would take out my Springfield .45 V-16 Longslide and shoot-to-kill all rabid, animals. You are no different than insurgents. For that, I have no remorse to the ones looting. It's apalling to think that the police need to stop their search and rescue procedures and begin to patrol the streets. These looters are indirectly killing those who have yet to be found.
Animals. No more than animals.

Yeah, there was the nursing home thing, I read about that... Shooting at stranded police officers on a hotel roof, there's that one. Oh yeah, the guy in Mississippi that shot his sister in the head over a bag of ice, there's definetly that one (big one, you might not want to forget it).... Really civil, way to be civil and human.
The mayor of Nawlins has moved all 1500 cops off of "rescue" duty and onto "busting up the looters" duty. These people are taking advantage of a bad situation for everyone. It's disgusting and revolting. I cannot believe that this is actually taking place.
Watching Fox News simultaneously and fires and fights are breaking out everywhere... Fires on top of the water...

It IS all pretty sick, although I will add my twenty-two cents (because I can't shut up)...
What is going on is aweful, but if I were stranded with my daughters on the Gulf and my only way of survival was to break into a store and steal water and food - I would probably loot. Walking out with a big screen t.v. is something else entirely - and obviously turning into animals - attacking your rescuers is unbelievable. But I can not say I wouldn't steal food if it meant the difference between life and death for my kids.
It is time to go into New Orleans like we went into Baghdad, with tanks and armored vehicles if we have to. Anyone standing in the way should be mowed down and killed like we would any terrorist, because that is exactly what these marauding gangs are. The good people in the city need help and aid needs to get to them by what ever means necessary.
